An interactive GIS dashboard built for Living Cities, mapping every parcel in Newark, NJ. Delivered as a self-contained HTML application with real MOD-IV parcel data — rendering ownership, zoning, QOZ status, and USPS vacancy to classify each parcel as Vacant, Underutilised, or Well-Utilised. Solved tricky coordinate-system handling (NJ State Plane) so geometry lands accurately.
